BQ Solutions Land Programmes team is supporting its clients with technical, operational and decision support in military procurements of systems and vehicles from the day of first client engagement, through testing and evaluation, until the end of delivery and warranty of the systems/vehicles.

As part of Land Programmes team, the Sr Lead of Land Vehicle Requirements will be expected to work closely with the clients to understand and refine their needs and requirements. While evaluating the requirements, the candidate will also be expected to provide strategic advice on operational concepts, usage and employment scenarios of various military equipment/platforms.

The candidate will be asked to liaise with equipment manufacturers requesting information to prepare draft RFI/RFP, support early evaluation of military equipment/platforms through taking place in T&E/assessment and field tests, and support the decision-making process by formal technical briefs and reports.

Military background and experience of working in a similar position is advantageous.
